The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation's office in Vietnam opened its doors in 2009, and since then we have been working locally with civil society organizations, universities, and government bodies on the issues of social justice and socio-ecological transformation. Over the years, the office evolved into a regional office looking into the Southeast Asian Mekong region. In 2020, the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation's office, Southeast Asia changed location to be based in Hanoi. The handle present here is from the building used for 10 years.
