Insight into the Latch Workshop

While Willem-Jan Beeren works on the digital processing of the latch stories and the background information, Paul Petry prepares the latches already sent in from all over the world for installation in Berlin. Sometimes he has to reach deep into his box of tricks to synchronize square profiles, grub screws, sockets, rosette diameters and screw lengths to the German-European standard dimensions, only to find out immediately afterwards that a handle from overseas fits perfectly! That's how it is with the worldwide network of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation and its numerous partners: In the end, united for the good cause of opening doors for peace and prosperity for all!
